What format are the songs in?

Our downloads are in MP3 format, a popular audio compression format, which allows for CD quality sound, with a small file size. Most of our downloads are encoded at 128 kbps quality, the equilvilant to CD quality.

What payment types do you accept?

Our orders are processed securely by Paypal. You do not need a paypal account to make a payment, you can just use a credit or debit card.

The following card types are accepted: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Expres and Solo.

I am having trouble downloading?

If you have problems downloading please contact us with an outline of the problem you are encountering, your order reference number and your username.

What happens if a download fails halfway through?

You have 24 hours to download your order, if the download fails or your internet connection drops out, don't worry. Login to the site and visit the the "My Account" area. There you will find your previous orders, and you can then reattempt the download.

If you continue to have problems please contact us with your order reference and username.
