Jane Weaver remixes ‘Haffmilch Holiday’ by Kate NV & Angel Deradoorian’s new project Decisive Pink

Following the release of Decisive Pink’s acclaimed debut single ‘Haffmilch Holiday’; Today sees the release of a brand-new remix from Jane Weaver ahead of her first US headline tour that sees her perform at SXSW and Treefort festival this Spring.

Jane Weaver masterfully filters Decisive Pink’s gorgeous pop song that’s “built on an insistent drum machine beat and prismatic layers of modular synths” (New York Times) through her psychedelic lens. A perfectly executed kosmische reworking of the track, this new remix wouldn’t be out place in Weaver’s colossal songbook.

“Haffmilch Holiday is such an infectious pop song that was inspiring me to decorate the track with a solid undercoat of Japanese Casio-tone rhythms and broad strokes of motorik kosmische. I was instantly channelling The Plastics and Harmonia whilst imagining a cyclic cartoon version of my dream collaboration.” Jane Weaver

An unstoppable force, Weaver’s upwards trajectory follows the trailblazing success of her 2021 album ‘Flock’ and North American tour supporting label mates The Chills last Autumn.

You can see Jane Weaver live in the US throughout March.

Signing to Fire Records last year, Decisive Pink are multi-instrumentalist, Deradoorian and Kate NV, experimental pop artist.

More news on the duo’s debut album coming soon..
